If your status is changed to "QC Images sent" and you do not see anything in your inbox, please check your spam folder too. In case you can't find anything there, contact us at intimeqc@hotmail.com so we can resend the images.
QC images are sent within 4-5 business days of our receiving your order and payment. In case you paid more than 5 days ago and you do not have the QC Images yet, please contact us at intimeqc@hotmail.com
Timegrapher images are not included in the initial set of QC Images which we will send you. You will receive a timegrapher image once you approve that you like the watch which we have shown you.
