Why is my Western Union (WU) or Moneygram (MG) payment not collected?

Once you have sent your MTCN or Reference number to intimepay@hotmail.com , please allow for 24 hours until the payment is collected and the status of your order is changed accordingly. If that has not happened within the specific period, please contact us again atintimepay@hotmail.com so we can give you an update.
