There is a problem with a part of my watch (dial, strap, crown, crown guard, bezel, clasp, caseback etc). How to solve it?

As our warranty covers movement problems only, we can only help you with the sourcing of those parts at premium prices if you ordered the watch from us. Please submit a ticket and let us know which part you are having problems with and what the particular problems are. We will usually either offer you to send back the part for repair or to purchase a brand new part at a premium price depending on the individual case.
